❤️ Yoga contains number of poses ( ashnas), breaths based pranayamas, many Kriyas and meditation. It keeps our body safe from many illness. Yoga make our body healthy. A yogi ( yoga lover) feel depressionless, tensionless, happy and calm after doing Yoga poses, pranayamas and dhyanas(ie. ( Meditations). So according to Indian yoga masters, yoga teachers and instructers we should do yoga minimum 15 to 20 minutes daily.
